FIRMWARE UPDATE
Improvements and new developments of the Nmea4Wifi multiplexer software may appear in the future. On the other hand, it could be the case that bugs are discovered and need to be corrected. The initial Nmea4Wifi multiplexer is packed with Firmware Version 2.0. This version number appears at the beginning of the Setup Web Page. If new versions of the firmware are to be published they will consist on a single file, such as NMEA4WIFIV20.BIN, and will be announced on the Vela-Navega forum. Once you download the BIN file to your computer, you connect the computer to the multiplexer network and, in the navigation bar of your browser you type: 192.168.4.1:82 to get this simple web page:
You just need to press "Choose File" and point to the location of the BIN file in your PC. Then you press "Update" and be patient and wait until you receive a message of SUCCESS or FAIL. Alternatively you can use the Nmea4Wifi Tool to upload the BIN file firmware as described here.
