Bug in Development sw “V20_RC”

Post by dagnall » Fri May 19, 2023 2:03 pm

I just discovered a bug in the ‘dev’ sw that is testing the Seatalk webpage interface.
The ST>TCP does not work correctly.
IF ST>TCP is OFF, then it is not possible in this sw to set it ON in the usual way.

WORK-AROUND- you CAN set ST>TCP if you need it by ‘Updating’ to ‘V17’ sw and THEN selecting ST>TCP, and saving.
You can then update to the DEV SW if you want to try the seatalk autopilot interface webpage . and ST will be sent to TCP. (because the settings are saved in an EEPROM that is not reset by sw update)

Im sorry I did not notice this bug while testing earlier in the year!
I will try to fix it as soon as I return from a week’s sailing.
